展 商 须 知
尊敬的展商朋友：
您好！感谢您对青岛国际石材展的大力支持与厚爱，一路辛苦了！本次展会时间为2012年7月14-19日，其中，7月14-15日为布展期，7月16-19日为展览期,7月19日14:00开始撤展。
为确保您本次参展顺利、圆满，请您注意并遵守以下内容：
1、布展期间所有人员凭“施工证”或“参展商证”入场，请您清点好人员并如数领取证件；如证件在布展期间丢失、损坏，请及时到展商报到处补办。
2、布展车辆请遵守物流引导人员的指示与安排，以免造成卸货通道或卸货区的堵塞。
3、所有展品包装箱请按照指示置于馆内“包装箱存放处”。
4、请您遵守展馆开、闭馆时间，于每晚闭馆前及时撤出展馆。
5、请您务必注意施工安全。
6、本次展会开幕式将于2012年7月16日上午9:30在6#馆南广场举行，请各企业届时参加，展馆入口将在开幕式结束后开放。开幕式前所有参展企业凭“临时入场证”入场，无临时证人员不得入场。临时证随资料袋于展商报到时发送至各位展商，请务必注意保管和正确使用。
7、展会期间用餐：您可以从会展中心直接订餐，或就近西行200米至乐天玛特超市、丽达购物广场用餐。
8、7月16日开幕式结束后，请您凭“会刊券”至6#馆水晶厅大会组委会领取会刊，每张会刊券限领1本。
9、天气炎热，请注意防暑。如果 您有任何疑问或服务需求，欢迎您到展商报到处（布展期间）及大会组委会（展览期间）咨询。

Exhibitors Notice
Dear Exhibitors,
Thank you for your support! The fair is from July 14–19, 2012, in which July 14-15 is the booth set up period and July 16-19 is the exhibition period. The booth dismantle will begin at 2:00pm, July 19, 2012.
In order to bring you a smooth and perfect fair, please pay attention to the following contents:
1. All people should go into the hall with "Exhibitor Badge"or "Badge for Booth Decoration"and please get your badges exactly with the number of your workers. Any lose or damage, please reapply at the registration desk for exhibitors.
2. Vehicles for booth set up please follow the guide and arrangement of logistics guiders in order to avoid blocking.
3. Please follow the exact schedule and leave the hall on time.
4. Please put on your helmet and be safe on construction!
5. The opening ceremony will be held at 9:30am on July 16, 2012, at south square of Hall 6. Exhibitors are invited to the ceremony, and all entrances will be open after the ceremony. Exhibitors who want to take care your booths before the ceremony, please take “Temporary Card” which is offered to you when you make your registration. Please pay attention to it.
6. Food service at the exhibition period: you can order your food directly from the Int'l Convention Center or you can go to Lotte Mart or Lida Plaza which is 200m west to the Int’l Convention Center.
7. Please pay attention to sunstroke prevention; any question and service requirement, welcome to the exhibitors registration desk (booth set up period) or Organizing Committee (exhibition period).
